Appointment Policy --- PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

• Please reach out to us using WhatsApp or Email us at enquiry@brahmanandhvastu.com to fix an appointment. Your booking will be confirmed only after we hear from you and have finalized on the timings. We do not accept adhoc requests for the appointments.

• Once the appointment is fixed, our team might reach out to you to get your birth information—date, time, and place of birth for your chart analysis.

• If you do not have the above details, please don't worry. We will still be able to assist you with other suitable methods.

• Your session will be conducted via phone or video call or at our office premises, based on your preference.

• If you opt for a video consultation, the meeting link will be shared 20 to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

Refund Policy

No Refunds are provided once the appointment is booked.

Re-scheduling Policy

• If you miss the consultation session, your session will be re-scheduled based on our resource's availability and a mutual understanding.

• If we miss to take your session due to any circumstances, we will re-schedule your session based on your availability and a mutual understanding.

The service offers you the following during the in-person consultation :

• Remedial suggestions for the current need or any problems you are facing e.g. finance, relationships, profession, Legal etc.

• Personalized recommendations for suitable gemstones, rudraksha, bracelets etc.

NOTE : This service does not include any report of your charts and calculations.
